The wine has a pale yellow colour with medium-intensity aromas, well-presented herbal and ripe fruit notes such as quince, persimmon, and Pyrus caucasica (small wild pear), which develop into minty and green pepper tones. On the palate, it is light-bodied and delicate, with crisp and balanced acidity, a velvety structure, and a medium-length finish highlighting flavours of white cherry and yellow apple.
Food pairing: chicken salad, Imeretian khachapuri, or spinach pkhali with mountain cheese.
