Description
The wine is crystal clear with a Pale green tinge. Well-expressed aromatic profile in the bouquet. Showing notes of wild mint and eucalyptus harmoniously blended with green apple, lemon, and gooseberry. On the palate, it is light-bodied with medium acidity, delicate and refined texture, with a medium-length finish.
Food pairing: Hummus with fresh vegetables, Nadughi with mint, or grilled zucchini.
