Mukuzani

The wine is dark ruby with a purple tinge and intense legs. The bouquet is bold with complexity of black berries, ripe blackberries, and blackcurrant notes, gradually developing into an earthy aroma of wet soil, moss, and wood notes, creating a harmonious balance. On the palate, it is full-bodied with fresh acidity and ripe, velvety tannins, on the finish, it is juicy and fruit-driven, with complex flavours of ripe cherry, walnut, and black pepper.

Food pairing: Grilled steak with cornelian cherry sauce, Aged salami with black pepper, Chanakhi, Stew arugula with prosciutto and parmesan, Jamón, and sheep’s cheese with black truffle.
