The wine has a deep amber colour with a copper tinge. The bouquet offers medium-intensity aromas of ripe yellow fruits and dried fruit. Well-developed, with subtle notes of leather and stewed quince. On the palate, it is bold and well presented, with crisp medium to high acidity, velvety yet still youthful tannins, and a long finish of dried walnut.
Food pairing: Eggplant and Pkhali (ekala) with walnut, Pan-fried trout with mushrooms, or chicken in bazhe sauce.
