The wine is a medium amber colour, with a clear golden tinge. With Intense aromatic profile, combining spice notes and dried yellow fruits. Hints of dried hay and dry wood notes, evolving into aromas of yellow plum jam, loquat, ripe melon, apricot, and dried apple notes. Wine has potential for evolution in the glass and continues to develop and open up, enhancing its aromatic complexity. Full-bodied with pronounced acidity, well-presented and well-balanced tannins with velvety texture, and a medium finish on ripe yellow cherry plum notes.
Food pairing: Roasted lamb with tkemali sauce, Chicken roasted on “ketsi” in blackberry sauce, or Mushrooms sautéed with onions and butter
