Pet-Nat Chinuri–Goruli Mtsvane

The wine has a medium yellow colour. It is characterised by intense and persistent bubbles. The bouquet is delicate and refined, with aromas of field flowers, green apple, and slightly ripe greengage, evolving into sour cherry blossoms and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and crisp, with sharp acidity, a light body, with a smooth creaminess on the texture, and a long finish with a green apple note
