Description
The wine is pale straw-colored with intense effervescence and long-lasting creamy mousse. Fruity and expressive on the aroma, it reveals notes of grapefruit, green apple, pineapple, accompanied by green leaf notes. On the palate, it is light-bodied and vibrant, with crisp high acidity and harmonious citrus flavours of lemon and lime, developing into ripe pear and mineral undertones with a persistent and long finish.
Food pairing: Asian cuisine, salmon rolls, mussels in wine, or grilled squid.
